PRE-OWNED Project

As part of our commitment to full social and environmental sustainability, we have a program for the repurchase and sale of used clothing. The goal of the project is to promote the recovery of used clothing to extend its life.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Technical products for sports or for the sea must be made with synthetic materials. Since these materials are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to be recycled at the raw material level, we ask our customers to JOIN our PRE-OWNED project by always returning the garments they no longer use.

How it works

Sell

  • First

    Photograph (front and back) the MAHEL item you intend to resell to us. Then send the photographs to: mahel.preowned@hotmail.com indicating the size.

  • Second

    You will receive an email in which we indicate the value of the item based on the production date and conditions

  • Third

    If you think that the value we offer you is adequate, you can send us the item via any type of carrier you consider appropriate (the cost is at your expense)

    and we, within two days of receiving the item, will send you, via email, the discount coupon for the agreed amount. The coupon can be used to purchase any item (even on promotion) on our site.

Acquire

  • First

    The repurchased items are checked, washed and disinfected and, if necessary, repaired.

  • Second

    Visit the PRE-OWNED section of our website. You will find all the USED products available with information and photographs.

  • Third

    Confirm your purchase through the website. You will receive the item at home within a few days. PRE-OWNED items are guaranteed by the same conditions of sale and return, provided by our website.
