When you purchase a product from this site, you are purchasing a product that is made specifically for that order. We therefore adopt a return policy appropriate to this type of product.

Our 30-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

The products sold by this site can be returned only if DEFECTIVE or if you receive a product DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ORDERED . In this case the cost of transport is entirely at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, and be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

In case of replacement, the cost of transporting the item to be returned is the responsibility of the buyer (any courier can be used).

The replacement product will be shipped exclusively after receipt of the item shipped by the buyer and checks.
